I often get angry over games, especially ONLINE, whats best way to calm urself down?Any suggestions?

If you're right handed, install mattress vertically on your left (it would be great if it would be next to a wall). Punch when needed.

Take deep breaths, get up and take a short walk around the house/apartment/whatever. Drink a glass of water and come back. If there are any trees outside, sit somewhere look at them for a while.
