Just link the Techno360 website ... both any-viewer.com and anyviewer.com don't have the "Get Now" buttons.

Before you copy and paste be sure it makes sense for others.

Yeah, me too. All those low quality images look stolen (cut) from some other pages. Not clicking anything on that site, for sure.

Meh, it's not a perpetual license.

I would recommend RealVNC, since it is free for personal use.

With a number of these types of things it winds up becoming all-but-ransomware. You've got a year's worth of backups, and if you don't pay the renewal you can't ever access or RESTORE your backups.

Sometimes these types of 1 year licenses have been offered for a buck or three on legit sites like Humber or Fanatical in order to lure in the unwary.

This looks too sketchy, looks like one of those videos from Youtube when you search up "Free Adobe Premiere Pro"

Any of you recommend a single program from this list?

Not even Ashampoo which is probably the most known company on that list.

Better go for ultravnc (free and open source) or any... proven remote control solutions... rather than random software found on web (never do that!).
You got a comparison list here : https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Comparison_of_remote_desktop_software
