The game says its ready to preload so i click it and 1 sec later its done.
Has it happened to anyone else? What to do about it?

Yes and it happened to Bioshock Infinite too. My infinite started downloading game files the day before it launched, despite me clicking to pre-load the game almost a week before.

So a day before it will start downloading?

I have no idea. But at some point before it releases, it should start downloading automatically as long as you've started the pre-load process.

That's not a problem, that's normal. If you delete it from your downloads section, it will keep popping up until it's officially released. Just leave it alone and you'll be able to play it as soon as it comes out.
