I thought the reason why it is not recommended is that people use it for hidding something bad. My intentions are not bad and the final urls are always sg. There is not a reason for reporting me.
I changed the shortener for the google one. It should be ok even for malwarebytes.

well I checked out the cutt.us website/domain infos and suspicion bells ring when I saw the United States domain goes with a server located in saudi arabia, mekka and is also the very second entry on google if you search for the website and oh wth the entry is made by virustotal.com.
Also files connected to the domain are full of virus and trojans if you check out the virustotal entry

You can still make puzzles in a safer way, you just need to make 5 questions, and associate the answers to the giveaway code.

Thank you for the tip but the problem is the number five. I used the shorteners only because I wanted to be able use more questions than 5. First I used google shortener because the end of its addresses contain six character and then the other because there was no limit and I could make the url even myself. It was good because the final address could not be confusing - it means that there was not characters such as I and l (the first is i and the second L) or 0, O or o.

According to the fact that an user in the comments encourage people for reporting me for these quizes, I decided to cancel this quiz and never make another one.
I really cannot make something for just being blacklisted and even reported. I will still make GAs, but only for whitelist users.
