is a good alternative/supplement to the RaChart Enhancer and also works outside of charts and SteamGifts. It's also been more reliable for me but that may be a sample issue.

Nice! It's auto updated but I usually don't fiddle around with settings much unless it's something I'm not content with. That is, your script worked well enough for me even before the update :)
I guess I should say that your script has caught a couple of games that the game owned checker missed as well.

Yes, you are most likely correct about the packages. As I can recall it's been the case with GOTY, Utimate etc editions that I've completed by buying separate DLC and what not.
Edit: How come you're not opting to have the new method on buy default?

Ah, it wasn't really a request per se, just being curious. I think most users actually wont realize there's been an option added and that the new method is, generally speaking, preferable. I may be putting to much weight in my own anecdotal experience though :)

I've used that script for a week or so but I unfortunately noticed it slowed down Firefox; certain tabs loaded slower and the whole browser was just becoming more unresponsive. It would be nice to be able to only run the script when clicking a button but then you'd have a button somewhere on every single webpage you open which is not really nice.

I've only had a few occasions of script errors due to the steam api running on Chrome. Shouldn't it be fairly easy to make a script respond to a keyboard shortcut though?

The F.E.A.R. games have a brilliantly smart, probably unsurpassed enemy AI. Worth playing because of this feature alone.

I really liked the second (somewhat even more than the first one, more varied environments finally) but I've seen enemies tipping over tables as makeshift covers, only to hide besides it, instead of behind it :D Still better than FEAR 3 where I ran across a corridor and the AI started talking about "where did he go?" - because I stepped behind a corner :D

Only Missing the DLC so still not worth it for me, but for new comers... this is one of the best FPS series, $2.99 is worth it for FEAR 1 and Expansions alone. 2 is Okayish, and 3 is worst then 2 but still playable.

But you have noticed that it's the low violence version for some of the games, that you'll get when buying this bundle in germany?
If you are purchasing this bundle in Germany please note that two of the games activate as Low Violence versions.
But the keys do only have a restriction for purchasing, you can actually redeem the uncut versions if you find someone from another country who buys the bundle for you. BUT you can't simply change the language to german, if you have the uncut version (at least in F.E.A.R 1 - I have not tested the other ones yet). You have to play the game in english, or patch it (which might make a censored verion out of the uncensored one, depending on the patch, I guess).

Oh, in case that you are wondering, how could I know this. I'm also from germany, and someone was so kind to buy the bundle for me :)

Yeah, it really sucks that we always get censored games here in germany.
You can only ask a friend from another country to buy the games for you, which is not always that easy, or buy the censored ones.
Sometimes the devs also lock the keys, which I don't understand. Because it's not illegal if they do not lock the keys, it would only be illegal to sell them to a german customer without a proper verification of their age (or for some games, to advertise them in germany). But yeah...in this case we have no other choice than purchasing the censored ones, if we really wanna play the game...

I think I joined a steam group with people working to try to change the regulations regarding this a while back. I've never quite understood the reason behind the harsh censoring but the result seems a bit ridiculous to me.

I have not tested the patch, since I already have the uncensored version, so you have to try it at your own risk of course.

dont exactly know how silent hill is relevant at all to this, especially since the only silent hill on steam is brotherhood (not the best in the series). also needs a poll answer "why so many exclamation points?"
