A number of games have been removed from the Steam store and we mostly never know why. Sometimes it's licensing (like with music in the game), or something else. For this DLC? I don't play the game so I couldn't even begin to fathom.

Ah, ok. I used to play it quite a bit with my friends and ended up buying The Ultimate Starter Pack. Was just confused why it was gone and couldn't find anything after Google searching it.

How is "The Ultimate Starter Pack" similar to "Down and Dirty Starter Pack"? The only similarity is that they both contain "Starter Pack" in their name...

Yep, and one used to be on the Steam store and currently isn't, so it's an easy mistake to make... they're both "Starter Packs."

Both have 50k in game credits, both have two elite loadout cases, both have full time mercs (HB's has 5 vs 4 from down and dirty)...to someone who hasn't played a single minute of the game it looks quite similar...

tempted to spend a buck to lock Dirty Bomb and Heroes and generals into my steam account, but in all honesty it could go either way for me, might try to trade for those two as I'm not looking to spend anymore money on games I'll never play.

I'm not convinced this will do. I've activated a number of Dirty Bomb keys for Beta/cases/mercs/loadout cards and none of them have tied the game to my account. Even for a dollar, I'm not gonna buy it till there's confirmation.

Last time Robocraft content was in bundle it was in form of in-game code, not steam key, probably same story again this time, buuuut ... dunno.
Not playing any of those f2p games atm, don't want T1,2 games, T3 too expensive for 1 game, yeah fork this, gonna sleep.

would have probably picked up the dollar tier to locked dirty bomb and heroes and generals into my account but looking at it now appears as though those games have in game codes rather than dlc's.. That alone makes this a skipper for me..
