Do you hapen to know if IG changed its HH policy?
this is what I see when I select gift while purchasing the bundle (in the past it was to ensure you would get your extra bundle during HH)

It is confusing and the way they communicate it is confusing. It took me a while to understand it.

Let's forget about happy hour for a moment. When buying a bundle at IG there's a normal purchase and there's also a check box for a "gift" purchase. The only difference is that the normal purchase puts the keys in your account, while the "gift" purchase gives you the ability to give an entire bundle as a gift link (or you can give away the individual games as gifts). Indiegala has the special gift pricing if you buy more than 1 gift, there's a small discount. That's what is shown in the table when you're buying the bundle.

Now on to happy hour. If you bought the full bundle, not as a gift, during the first week it was available, when happy hour comes you can buy AS A GIFT (check the box!) more bundles, and for each gift bundle you purchase you'll get 3 additional gift bundles for free. The special gift pricing still applies, so in the table when it says "x3 paying more than $17.41" means if you buy 3 gifts for $17.41, you'll actually get 12 (the 3 you're buying plus 3 free for each one, 9 total free bundles)

If you did NOT buy the bundle at full price during the first week, you can still buy it as a gift during happy hour and receive 1 free bundle for each one you buy. So, if you bought the 3 pack you'd actually get 6 bundles.

So, where it is really confusing is they don't tell you exactly what you'll be getting when you order. I think they could sell more if they made it more clear.

only if you are buying the whole bundle in happy hour - which I was not :) I purchased mine before then - only wanted two games and had spare DIG points - remember, not all of us want to buy a full bundle, or have the spare cash at that time to purchase it (be it happy hour or not) - but I did have leftover DIG points :) horses for courses I guess :)
