I would say it's "řízek" might be hard to pronounce lol
It's basically a chicken breast or pork coated in flour first, then eggs and finally bread crumbs or you can use cornflakes as well. Once you are done you deep fry it and it's mostly eaten with fried potatoes, potato salad or just boiled potatoes. c:
