Nope, not true. "SteelSeries is a Danish manufacturer of gaming peripherals and accessories, including headsets, keyboards, mice, and gaming surfaces" and "Alienware is an American computer hardware subsidiary of Dell."

While the official site for SteelSeries is run by some iGames, Inc., the Alienware Arena is a direct responsibility of Dell.

That's exactly, what I'm talking about. Alienware Arena site with GAs is owned and run directly by Dell, while SteelSeries site with GAs, being the official SteelSeries site, is run by some iGames, Inc., so it's not true, that "Alienware, steelseries and Intel giveaway sites are owned by the same dudes". Unfortunately, you seem to confuse licensing with outsourcing in this case, if that would be the case, and not just both of them using the same engine for their websites :(.

Don't know about Intel, but SteelSeries and Alienware have same "web site engine" (half a year ago - you can easily find out how many keys are available by just looking in web page source code - same values/attributes had both sites. At the moment they both hide this information from users - same way. Both hide GAs for some regions, but Alienware at least show them, SteelSeries - don't show them at all). Also they had same GAs running in parallel - that is why some users and I think that these sites have one owner/management or something like that.

This is interesting, and I didn't know about this. Both of them also have redesigned their websites in the last year or so.

However, for all I know, there was no any recent management change on the Alienware Arena website, and having some heavy arguments with moderators there, appealing and escalating until I was somewhat placated, I'm quite sure, that the top manager there is a Dell employee.

Therefore I would still be willing to bet, that deciding to use the same software and even possibly hiring the same team to redesign their websites, their websites are still separate entities... unless there is some deal, that I' m missing about Dell taking over SteelSeries as a whole (or Intel acquiring both of them).

First round of keys dropped around 10pm UK time. All keys were gone in about 15/20 mins.
You'll get put in a waiting room once the giveaway starts, "don't" refresh the page when it happens, let it do it's thing. If you keep refreshing the page it'll probably only move you lower down the list to get in.

Todays haven't been made available yet, ignore where it says "No Keys Remaining" and watch the Grey Bar on the left of No Keys Remaining. When the giveaway is live, that grey bar will turn green as people claim a code, once it's completely green it's out of keys.

yep it's live at the moment although I'm not sure how many keys are left as you have to go in the waiting room and hope there's one left when it's your turn. :)
