The error is in the bundle page; both versions lead to the same GOTY one, but the Enhanced is not in the page. The sub shows it activates both GOTY versions and they cost the same, so the pricing should be correct.

There is only one version being sold, the Enhanced version. It includes the old GOTY version and the 4 DLCs for a price of 29,99€. When I buy and activate a reseller key for the old GOTY, I will automatically get the Enhanced version including everything. So: no, it's not correct to charge twice for it in this bundle.
When I add up the prices of the items I am missing (including the double Borderlands GOTY), I get exactly the bundle price shown, so with the 90% off it is 3€ more than I should have to pay. And to be even more correct: it also shouldn't include the prices of the 4 DLCs separately since those are included in the Enhanced version for 29,99€ as well.
The bundle basically charges 91,94€ for the same content you get with the Enhanced version for 29,99€. Even with the 90% off, you still pay 9,19€ for just the contents of Borderlands GOTY Enhanced while you could also get that for around 7€ from resellers during a sale. It has even been sold for <6€ (Allyouplay) and <4€ (WinGameStore) once in the past. And an actual 90% off discount would make it cost 2,99€. This bundle currently is a sham. And knowing 2K, this is probably intended.

Depends what you own, if you own everything and for New tales from the borderlands + dlc 4,5 euro is good, in my opinion, even though the game is not on par with Tales, that i personally found the best Tales games made by them between Walking dead series, Game of thrones and that. But to each his own. :)

I got a cheap Borderlands 3 Super Deluxe key and it only lowered the price by $1 USD. Yeesh.
Also most of the DLC is overpriced in my region, just to get around our inclusive sales tax. So getting this bundle is actually way cheaper. Bleh.

6,50€ for Tales from the Borderlands + its Sequel and DLC is definitely not bad.
Buuuut...
....most importantly the two season pass DLC subs that I technically own everything of from other Borderlands bundles, but that still shows up as purchasable... (which irks me so). Like... I might? Just so I don't accidentally go for the SPs on sales in a fit of "must own 100%".

True and real, also i was looking at your comment just now and went again to the page (posted in the OP) and i saw i had on the button Add to Account in blue, first time i see it, thinking it will add me the sub id thing. Guess i didn't add the Borderlands: The Pre-Sequel Ultra HD Texture Pack and now it says Add to card in greyed out green, like most / all things you own.
