Is Rocket League worth it ?

Depends on the games you like. I for one could care less for it and say, it's never going to be worth it, but that is just me. If you think you will enjoy it get it.

I'm enjoying it so far, I watched it on YouTube for a week straight and I've been playing for 20 hours almost and it's still just as fun. I play solo and it can be frustrating at times with strangers(the AI is better than 70% of the userbase). I recommend playing with friends, I'm working on getting my boyfriend it but don't have the money yet! £15 is reasonable, it's an easy game to pick up but hard to master. Don't let the lack of map variation fool you, there are so many ways you can have an advantage over "noobs" like boost flying! Things like that give it reason to come back and practise!

I would just like to add one thing, the game has local multiplayer, by that i eman that you can invite 1-3 friends then play online against another team. This feature is what made me buy the game, most of my friends wouldn't ever buy a game like this however when i invite them to play on my home they wouldn't refuse. I've got 5 hours in the game and i'm enjoying much especially by playing doubles ranked; By playing with friends we actually have strategy when we play.

it's so incredibly well done, it's definitely worth it. i can see myself playing this for a very long time.
