To me it looks like : "Hey, i'm a scammer and i'm proving it cause i have no rep at all, do you want to give me that awesome game for nothing in return? No? Thanks anyway, i'll find someone greedier than you to scam. "

That was a scam attempt. In general, never trade with new accounts. Even if they go first with their game keys, the keys most likely have been bought with stolen credit cards which means you will lose the game when the original CC owner disputes the payment.
