My private GA ended and I can see, that user who won it have level 0. I can't see any created GA's on his profile page. Is it some kind of bug? Or maybe he had level > 0 when he entered and after that his GA was deleted? I'm not sure what really happend.

EDIT: I asked for reroll. Support agreed.

  1. X gave region restricted gift to Y.
  2. Y marked it as received.
  3. X got level 1.
  4. X entered my GA.
  5. Y noticed that the gift cannot be activated.
  6. GA was deleted. X lost level.
  7. X won my GA.

Something like this?

i know that my level was mistakenly up by 1 last week, so id imagine it was a similar situation.

its not unheard of, its happened a few times here.

Interesting... to actually happen the deleted GA would have had to be one that had already been confirmed... possible, but I would expect that most GAs get deleted before that...

You need level to enter giveaway not win it. If during your giveaway some games lost their value or were added to bundle list retrospectively his cv dropped.

This is not a bug. Levels can drop due to retroactive addition to the bundle list and support deleted giveaways, among some other rarer reasons.
