I'm 27 years old.

I wouldn't dye my hair, and I'm currently worried cos I might go bald in my mid 30's or even before at this pace.
I dropped out of college twice and might drop a third time.
I'm currently unemployed.
I'm extremely lazy.
I'm a few kgs over my weight but not much.
I suffer from depression but always stop going to therapy after a couple of months.
It's been over 5 years since the last time I was in a relationship.
I don't go out much and rarely see my friends.

You are not insane neither have mental issues. You are graduated! That's something a person with real problems in his/her mind wouldn't achieve. Instead, you may just have depression which can be solved. Can I tell you the first step? Talk to someone closer, who can listen you and give support. Haven't you feel ever like your own problems are small when you see others? I do, a lot. Yes, I have a lot of depression too, but when I compare my problems with others, mine are nothing. Another good step is to keep yourself busy with activities that include other people. You like swimming, then go with someone to the pool or beach. Teach them how to swimm. You like dancing. Why not going to a dance school to improve skills and maybe participate in events? That would be great and give you a better self steem. There are plenty of stuff you can do that will prove you are not insane neither have mental issues neither are lost. Take care kitty and have a hug <3
