If he still doesn't redeem it after 1 week from the end of giveaway, get it back.

If it's in your own inventory, check to see if he has the game yet. Maybe he forgot to activate it?

I was just wondering if it was a bug or something, because he marked received. I checked his profile and it says he has the game, and yet it's still in my inventory.

If it was your "The Ship" giveaway, perhaps it was a 2-pack and you got an extra copy?
(I'm not sure how the 2-pack Ships work)

I had already given one of the two extra copies to my friend. And in my inventory it says it was sent to the winners e-mail. Like I said he has the ship in his games list. I really don't know what to do, should I put the gift back in my inventory or what?

Is it possible he won a duplicate? Or entered for a game already owned?

he won and accepted multiple copies of the ship (and dota 2), which is against the rules. contact support and see if you can do a re-roll so somebody who doesn't already have it can get it.

Yeah, he's scamming the goodwill of people...

He won The Ship twice, and DOTA2 3 times. He can't activate your gift because he already had the game.

Just report him and reroll your giveaway.
