Alright, so: this summer, I want to create a group full of people willing to actively give away. The requirements are:

-$50 CV

-90% of giveaways marked as received

-More than 3 giveaways

He couldn't exactly set those requirements above his own stats, could he? It'll be interesting to see how it plays out, but he probably should have waited a bit.

To me the strangest requirement is "90% of giveaways marked as received." Must be a new arrival from some other giveaway place to mention that... :) Would any non-banned user here fail that requirement?
