So I made a giveaway for the Ship, and but the winner already won it in a different giveaway a day before mine. What do I do now? Request a new winner? Make a new giveaway? He already marked the gift as a received, curiously, even though it's still in my inventory waiting to be accepted.

I believe standard protocol would be to get a reroll

You should definitely ask for a reroll if he already won it, as no one member is allowed to win the same game twice.

Get support to do a re-roll and remember his acocunt name, maybe you might want to report him if you think it is neccesary, or maybe he just made a mistake???

Pretty sure he just won two giveaways in a short time, before his account could sync. So it's not really a mistake or premeditated.

Likely a mistake, I have like 5 entries for Civ5 right now. If I won two while at work it wouldn't have been malicious and the 2nd win should just be re-rolled.

Well than guess its all good on his end, but why would he register it as recieved. Might also be a good idea ro contact the contributor of the other gift he won and see if he sent it
