Yeah, its because negative feedback.

Why you said that? You already had in the same situation?

no, but there could be several reasons why feedback tickets are delayed so much:
- low priority.
- not all support members can read them.
- ticket queue too long.

I highly doubt you will get help from support for that issue :)

As far as I can tell both of you used trade feedback for the wrong reasons. Read here to see why. My guess would be that it is very low priority because of that.

If I understand correctly the trade didn't actually happen so both your negative trade feedback are false. Wouldn't it be easier to just agree with that user to both remove your false trade feedback and you can avoid trading with him in the future if you don't like him for any reason?

There are stories of tickets with the same problem as your being unanswered for over a year. I highly suggest starting to learn how to just accept that -rep and live with it.

I mean, you gave negative feedback because he didn't keep you a copy of a price glitched watch dogs? It's not his fault you didn't have the money to buy at the time, you're definitely in the wrong here.

He told me that reserved a copy for me, had copies with him in that moment....next day said that not have anymore copys.

Dude, trading doesn't work like that. Did you pay an upfront fee to secure your reservation? Think about it. If you reserve a house, you pay a deposit to ensure no one will buy the house. If you just said 'Keep me a copy, I'll buy it tomorrow', how can the guy be 100% you're not just talking non-sense and you have no intention on buying it? You have the keys? Buy it from a different person. Don't abuse the feedback system because you got butthurt he didn't save you a copy.

Steam trading doesn't hold any obligations before the trade transaction is actually started.
In other words, anyone can back out from a deal they agreed upon. It is normal, even if it feels unfair or infuriating. You need to get used to it, because even the trade sites deemed the "cleanest" of scammers and assorted bad traders have their share of this behaviour.

To be honest I think there's more "something wrong with you" and not the staff of steamgifts.
They're doing this for free in their spare time to help others out.

Try and be more courteous to them, have a better attitude about it and be patient. That's going to get you a lot further.

As far as the negative feedback: it appears you're in the wrong as far as I can tell and it can easily be resolved by yourself if you contact the other guy and both agree to drop the feedback and leave eachother in peace. Would help if you tried that first instead of asking SG staff to clean up the mess. Be mature about it since you were in the wrong as well.

But that's just my interpretation of your thread and posts.
