Any way on how to get a custom url taken away from a profile?

I am talking about this profile.Doesn't even own a game but blocks the custom url
"http://steamcommunity.com/id/wuut/"
.Do you think steam support would give me the custom url?

No, they won't give you the ID.

I don't believe steam will delete any account just so you would be able to take it's id. :|

If it's in use, it's in use. They aren't going to take something away from an existing account so you can use it, no matter how unused/inactive that account is or how few games are on it.
