Gala Giveaways hacked?

Something weird is happening on Gala Giveaways (galagiveaways.com). From page 3 onward, all GAs cost 1.337 to enter (leetspeak for "leet".) Were they hacked?

On steamgifts, yes. On galagiveaways the creator sets the price.
