Need advice about giveaway

Well,i've made a giveaway,got a winner,and sent him game by e-mail. Unfourtanely,this guy doesn't answer,doesn't put "gift recieved",and it seems like he was in steam half of the year ago. Shall i do something in this situation?

it's not a probleem,there's a return gift back button in steam

I only use email for verifying & making a contact to the winner

in this case, you should take an action as soon as possible

send an email to him, said that if he doesn't confirm on steamgifts, his account will be suspended

prepare yourself to report, you should have a proof to prove that you already sent the gift.
