And it doesnt work :D, i've activated first 4 games, and i have other ones, but not from the bundle, yet i can enter 4 and 7 games giveaways without any problems, and yes i've synced my account.

I dont know if you are aware of this problem but sync is not working with HIB5. I tried to use the force sync to avoid entering those HiB5 giveaways but I'm still able to do so :S

As you're only allowed to give away unused gift urls, 3 games isn't possible.

No, because that's just a part of a bundle, not a "whole" one.
