Yeah i have the same problem as well,and i have like synched my account for almost five times in a row,and still dosent work.

Check on steam first if you can buy it. If you can't they haven't updated your info yet.

It was on free weekend thats why its actually says "exists in your account".. Apparentally resynching it is not working until steam removes the license.

Well that kinda sucks,by that time the giveaway is going to be all over before they fix that.
