Sync Account doesn't always sync properly?

Hey guys, I'm just wondering if anyone else is having a similar problem. My wishlist and some games/DLC do not sync when I sync my account here. I've been having this problem for a while.

Syncing works fine. Just certain games and dlc do not appear on your steam games list, thus cannot be tracked properly here either.
