Why haven't I seen this before now? This looks amazing! :D

Suggestion: Make it so that treasure chests are compatible with sgtool links I tried to check, but the url is too long idk :/
Bug: Sometimes walls show up in the descriptor as not being there there. For instance, on tile x:5, y:5 it will say I can walk north, west and south; but on tile x:6, y:5 it will say I can walk north, east, west, and south. ~Not sure if this is intentional, or if it actually occurs in an an actual game and not just the descriptor in the editor
Finally, I saw somewhere here about you possibly making it so that there could be multiple dungeons/floors in one puzzle. That would really useful imho, as I'm working on a series of puzzles. ^^

Thank you for your comment! I've checked the Descriptor now and pretty sure that it has no bugs. If you set/unset walls near a tile with modified description (either manually or using the Descriptor), its description won't change anymore if you set/unset walls near it further. Only tiles with default descriptions will "adjust" according to walls/tiles surronding them. You can set Tile description to default by clicking right mouse button over it while using the descriptor, then it will become "auto-adjustable" again.
As for sgtools links - they are currently not supported, but I must admit I knew someone would ask about it at some moment :p I will probably add sgtools support in one of the updates.
Yes, I plan to add "multiple level" support in the future :) Though there is currently a way to make Puzzles with "multiple levels": you can run up to three Puzzles at the same time - make the first one public, and the other one or two (next levels) private. Then hide the link to the first Private Puzzle in the "end" of the Public one - that will basically be a transition to the next level. The "first level" might have some small bundle giveaway, while the "last level" (a private Puzzle) will have the grand prize.

How does the reveal all scroll work when there are multiple correct answers?
Will it take a random answer, the first from the list or even all?
I know I can just test it myself, but others might have the same question. :)

- Portals
You can now make Portals in your dungeons, which will teleport a player to a specified location (which can be either another Portal, or any Tile without an object on it).
The info about Portals has been added to the Editor Guide
- Hidden Passages
You can now create hidden passages that might lead to secret rooms with extra items, clues, etc. Hidden Passage looks just like a usual wall until the player checks this wall and finds the passage. Thus, now checking becomes even more important since now it can be used not only to find Clues, but also search for hidden passages.
Hidden Passages can be created/removed by pressing Shift+Arrow Key when mouse pointer is over a tile.
- SGTools support
You can now put either usual private SteamGifts links or SGTools protected links into Treasure Chests. If you decide to include SGTools links in your Puzzle, make sure to warn the players about it! :) Completing a Puzzle is usually a challenging task and unaware players might get disappointed after finding out they won't be able to "use" the treasures they found.
Also, all newly uploaded Puzzles will have an improved minimap which now displays walls between tiles.
I believe these features open many new possibilities of designing your sWords Puzzles! Hope to see more of your creations soon! :)

I tried reinstalling the Editor from the website, but it either crashes when I open it in administration mode, or it wants me to update it when running outside of administration mode; then crashes when I tell it to update.
-Edit-
I tried opening it again, but this time it worked.

Sorry for the late response and thanks for reporting a problem! The GosW server, as it appeared, had some problems approximately at the time you posted it - I guess the update might have gone wrong because of it. I hope it works just fine for you now!

Bump for not having time to check this. Could you perhaps add in initial post, the time remaining for each puzzle? Would it be possible?

Thanks for the bump! It's a little test of puzzle solving skills :) You just need to write what it tells you to write (3 words :p)
By the way, you don't really have to open that chest to proceed further since you can get a Picklock in the other one (though, if you open the wrong door afterwards, you'll need to restart and try another door. It won't take more than 2 tries this way).

Finally published my puzzle.
It is public, but comes with a discussion.

Hello Steamgifters! :)
I would like to present something I've been working on for quite a while: A whole new level of making Puzzles and sharing SteamGifts giveaways - sWords Puzzles!
sWords Puzzles are part of my Game of sWords project. I believe many of you have played at least one of three Games of sWords (one, two, three) before and know what it is :)
Playing sWords Puzzles has the same feel as playing Main Game of sWords, but Puzzles are unique in a way that they totally focus on exploring, solving puzzles, finding clues and revealing secrets... AND, they can be made by anyone using sWords Editor!
Each of you can now create your own unique little world with your own rules: full of secrets, dangerous monsters and, of course - treasures (private giveaways). Make your dungeon, share a link to it and let people explore it and solve its mysteries to find the hidden treasures!
It is a really enthralling and exciting way of making giveaways! There are lots of creative ways to design your dungeon. Constant exploration, search for hints and clues makes puzzle solving engaging and fun!
Check out the "Introductory Puzzle" to see what sWords Puzzles are (and find some treasures).
A huge thanks to Paprion, MonoTheKing and Dr3w who helped me test the Puzzles and sWords Editor!
Get sWords Editor here and look through the Editor Guide to learn how to make your dungeon!
Join Game of sWords Steam Group to learn about all the updates and share your thoughts and suggestions!
The project is constantly being developed, new features are added based on your suggestions - so your opinion matters a lot!
Note: Even though both Editor and sWords Puzzles have gone through the thorough testing stage, you still might encounter minor bugs which me and testers haven't noticed. Please let me know about them and they will be fixed asap :)
Have fun!
