Does this strike you as a good buy?
I was gonna buy Blade of Darkness when it got the -75% off for the first time in ages , but I trusted my instincts and waited for a bundle.
Only got Salt and Sanctuary, so the price is decent enough for the rest of the bundle.
A bit disappointed that the extra games coming is only Dread Delusion though.

I had Aeterna Noctis on my wishlist but after checking if this bundle is interesting enough, I dropped it. The bundle's theme and price would be okay but these games all seem to lack some qualities. I'd rather finally buy Elden Ring than a dozen mediocre games like these.

yes but having them on steam is always better. I bought this bundle for Mortal Shell even though I have it for free on EGS but I wanted it on Steam because I want the dlc on Steam

Reasonable. However, bundles (still) often are the cheapest way to buy games and not every game gets rebundled. So if it's a bundle containing several games you'd really want to play and given that you can afford it, it might be a bargain for a future month.

No need to mention a low income:
- spending 75€ - 100€ per month for games is a lot of money,
- even worse if you spend this amount solely for bundles, with more expenditure for individual games.
That is why I would advise to follow Serale's comment (buy a bundle once in a while) or take part in bundle splits (though this goes against the terms of service of Humble Bundle, so it is inherently risky for the host). If one does that, they will quickly be swimming in a backlog of games at a low cost.

You don't want to know what I spend on it, since I'm a collector, BUT I can imagine other financial situations (in which I have been myself through life), only interest in certain genres or also having other (pricy) hobbies etc.
I have posted similar comments like bambi before in other bundle threads, just to say that an expensive bundle is still a bargain compared to buying games solely or to counter an overall negative atmosphere, so I kinda get where he's coming from (2,3 € each a deal).
However, to recommend to buy the whole bundle when you don't know anything about the other user's situation and they are already having difficulties considering purchasing T1 let alone more, is a bit off in my eyes.

A bundle is a bundle. Perhaps saying "cheap" bundle would make more sense than "normal"
The answer though? Probably never. But that never really bothered me, Games in the lowest tiers usually end up for less than $1 in resell or given away in bucketloads.

They used to do this for almost every bundle. It runs for 2 weeks, so if it's like old times it will unlock after the first week.

That age of bundles is never coming back bro,ever. EA was desperate to get people into Origin and that's why you got like 10 AAA games in an affordable bundle. It's a completely different market now. Publishers/devs would rather just get money out of being a freebie on Epic or on GamePass. Don't even dream of bundles like that ever again.

Just a little suspicion here, but I think the real culprit here might be Steam/Valve. While they have made such an announcement before, asking devs to match discounts on other platforms...
I think what's happening is Steam is putting their foot down. If your game is in a $1 Humble tier, Steam wants you to put it on sale that cheap on their platform. Sounds like a lot of the key shortages lately (out-of-stock games) is that Steam is keeping a tighter leach on key generation.
This might explain the sudden elimination of most $1 tiers from Humble. It's either that, or payment processors are gouging more, and the transactions cost Humble as much as the $1 they get from out-of-country sales.

There isn't much reaction here (except you \o/), so I don't know if it's a language subtlety but if there isn't, they looks like liars to me.
Another lesser deceptive point, in the past, an humblebundle used to be completely unlocked on the second week and they were always several games added.
