Unlike a gacha or gumball machine, you can't even shake it for the illusion of choice [nevermind that such machines almost always 'keep one in the barrel', so you can't usually change the next draw anyway- well, though I suppose you'd have a chance of doing so if you're willing and capable of turning the machine upside down before shaking it. Kudos if that's a thing you do, I guess?].

In fairness, it looks like that's inside of a Chuck E Cheese-style gaming facility, so it's really their fault for not explicitly stating that the machine isn't intended to be treated as being part of the playground. :P
..though yeah, I suppose you're right in that you can cheat to get the result you want, you big ol' cheater. ;P
Though crane mechanism games actually do give you control over your results to begin with.. ^.^
