You probably got it from somewhere else because I grabbed those Sega Freebies too and only have the base game but the Binary Domain key you posted seems to include those 2 small DLC as well.
By the way there is a quite handy website for keydrops that makes it harder for bots to snag them ;)

By the way I remember at some point you were considering adding raffle style keygiveaways (additional to first come first served) to the site but when I last checked a few weeks ago I couldn't find anything about that anymore. Did you change your mind / would that cause some legal problems or is that feature still potentially on the table ?

No, shouldn't be any legal problems since it's not pay to win, just changed direction a bit. I have some big plans for KG, but trying to keep it true to it's original purpose. SteamGifts is great for the raffle stuff, and KG is for everything else.
