It's more like deals with the publishers and that than active discrimination. Also don't usw discrimination so lighlty. I'd say it's one of the most overused words ever.

I tried buying the collection of dragon age gamersgate had a week or so back and they said EA didn't authorize the game to be sold in P.R. yet i can buy it on game stop, origin and other places when i asked EA if they could give me the go so i can buy the game they said it was gamersgate that did not wanted to sell it and it was their choice so they wouldn't get in between it now who is lying gamersgate or EA?

It's ok. It's not that bad.

I dunno, most of the time is because of a disagreement between the publisher and the seller, it does not have to be specifically that they can't sell it in your country but also because of pricing reasons, royalties or something like that.

The most likely scenario could have been that GG didn't want or could not afford to meet the conditions asked by EA.
