Slowest website on the internet? Maybe it's time to upgrade the servers

I know I have just joined and this might be a temporary problem, but this is one of the slowest website I have encountered on the internet so far! Maybe it is time to upgrade the servers?

I don't think its server problems. It usually isn't this slow. Maybe some kind of disruption (DDOS) ?
