Unfortunely, there isn't someone 24/7. The ones with higher clearance are at work until 16:00 and I transffered funds aaround 16:30 and I began card verification around 16:45. Then I visited my bank office and just got response from their employee come tomorrow before 16:00 because we don't have clearance to see EUR amount before conversion to BAM.

Today I've transferred some funds to my Steam wallet using new Visa card and access to Community Market is now blocked for 3 days unless I verfiy card and I'm unable to because my bank website shows transaction amount only in BAM but not EUR. My question is can I still purchase game as gift tonight or winner will have to wait three days to get his prize or at least until tomorrow if bank staff with higher clearance will be able to provide me with exact amount in EUR?
