Deus Ex Human Revolution DLC

I have the base game Deus Ex Human Revolution. I have played it, and it has no DLC. However, I can join Deus Ex Human Revolution giveaways (as if I don't have the game), and I can't join DLC giveaways such as this one ( http://www.steamgifts.com/giveaway/8C1e3/deus-ex-human-revolution-explosive-mission-pack ), stating that I'm missing the base game. Which isn't true.

Could anyone help me? Thanks in advance!
