GTA whaaa?

So, this might have done the rounds, but being unable to play GTA V, i decided to go way back for an oldie but goodie, GTA 2 - So i go to Rockstar, click on GTA 2 and lo and behold, two countdowns... http://www.rockstargames.com/gta2/

Am i the only one seeing these? What is going on here?

1) both are counting up for me
2) both reset when I switch browser tabs
3) Seems the links are around for quite some time clicky
4) mystery uncovered - we can all go back to what we where doing before, nothing to see here =)

Considering the date has past, I'm not surprised. Is there any kind of chance this is a really old website which was supposed to be counting down the launch to GTA2 which they haven't updated since?
