No there sadly isn't, just browser extensions that make it easier to do trades. You still need to wait couple minutes for inventories to load. External sites can load the whole inventory almost instantly, so the problem must be in Steam's horrible coding for it.

What helps a huge amount is SteamTrade Matcher's (STM) script. It will select the correct cards from both your and their inventory automatically. This only works with trades found via STM but that's the quickest way to find 1:1 trades anyway.

I don't use SCE much so I'm fine with it as it is. It used to be amazing but the whole 15-days wait for people who don't want to (or can't) use the authenticator crippled it a lot. Nowadays it seems its inventory is very empty compared to bots I meet on STM (although I haven't bothered to add any recent games to my SCE list so it might just be me), and I usually only use it during sales to grab the last few cards I need for the badge.

STM became much worse also, most people just use the bots since there are much fewer users. SCE works fine for cross-game trading, I have tons of cards I could get from there if I had enough to trade in. Just need to have enough games on your watchlist.

Script, hack, external app, whatever. I could say the default UI is a bloated piece of trash, but that would be way too much of a compliment. Searching for a particular item in huge inventories like trading bots takes ages, since some idiot apparently thought updating the whole inventory every time you type a letter would be better than typing your entire query then confirming it with a search button.
