Steam Market Bug?

I popped into the Steam Marketplace and a lovely banner said that my purchase was not yet 30 days old.

Two problems with that:

  • The last purchase I made was over 30 days ago.
  • I didn't request refunds/have any issues with my purchases.

So it's definitely over 30 days and under a year. I believe I had full access last week. Any ideas? Or is Steam being terribly bugged again?

I have the same problem with my Dota 2 Announcer, I sent a support ticket and all I got was a copy and paste about. "We can't modify items in anyway".
