HELP! Test Drive Ferrari Racing Legends. I am having keyboard response problems /keybord lag

I just got Test Drive Ferrari Racing Legends, and I cant play it because when I use my keboard, the car only does what I tell him to do ( for example turn right) a bit later. With that problem in simulation games, is impossible to play.
I own many others racing/simulation games but I only have this problem in this game and I dont know why. HELP!
