I'd say they'd be wasting their time. There are mods out there that make the game look pretty impressive already. Better to use those design talents on something new.

Meh. Vanilla Morrowind is great as it is. There's also tons of mods that give it better graphics. And the Overhaul as well. A waste of money and time on Bethesda's side.

Only thing that would make me want to play Morrowind is if they would add proper dialogues. While I spent "few" hours with both Oblivion and Skyrim (I'd guess around 80 in total) I always bump away from Morrowind when Wikipedia attacks me.

I would say 1. This has already been done by fans, so I would never pay them for that. 2. I played the game too much already.
