This is the one I used, it's the most standard one out there. So far, I also installed some rather hilarious mods on top of all those, and no crashes or anything occurs. Just keepchecking BOSS after every section to see if your install is intact yet, it helps a lot.

Idunno man. I'm generally avoiding workshop since you can nearly never be sure what's compatible from there with the stuff you install from Nexus, but just go ahead and spoil yourself with like 5-10 mods at the time, and as usual, check BOSS between them, set the priority order, and you should be probably fine.

If you limit yourself to the Steam Workshop, it is up to you to find out if the mods I suggest are available there. I almost exclusively use Nexus Mods. If what I suggest isn't in the workshop, look on Nexus. Many of the oldschool authors will upload to Nexus first, or only.
Many mods require the use of an external Skyrim loader called Skyrim Script Extender, or SKSE. If you don't want to use it, cross off 90% of the mods in existence.

Well, after a couple re installs, I decided its time for a new collection which won't screw up each other and be compatible.
So, I'm looking for a good mod collection on Steam Workshop, criteria being the following:
Some graphics mods
Some sound mods
Overall performance mods
Overall patches for bugs and stuff
Support for all the DLCs
Some landscape mods
Keep it lore friendly
Some armor mods
Some weapon mods
Some NPC mods ( More NPCs, tweaks, AI overhauls and stuff )
And some overall more immersive mods (More nature, wild life, birds, animals, fish, that kind of stuff )
More creatures
More quests
And yea. Some examples of what I want the game to look and feel like: The Witcher, Guild Wars 2 ( not the MMORPG side, just the visuals and landscape ) and yeap, thanks to those who held up through the article, and thanks in advance for sudgestions!
Edit: Some combat mods would be nice too :P
