Your post was long, so i'll only comment on the Title. Yes, i agree, Hackers need love too. They spend all their time inside, so they do need to F*** too!
EDIT: Seriously though, change your passwords, like others have said. Also consider changing your IP address as well. Turn off your Modem overnight, and in the morning reconnect and you should have a new IP. Just in case they are tracking you that way. But i'm no expert

yesterday i donwloaded origin(I dont know it is the problam in it) and my steam was closed. When i tried to run the steam i get the login vindom where i can put only mi nick and password i cannot turn it off or canncel logining(i have set auto login in steam)... So i enter my nick and password and i succesful login to steame.Today i get 2letters to my gmail accout:
