No, you're only allowed to giveaway games that are redeemable on Steam.

Unfortunately you're not able to do so in an actual giveaway only steam keys are allowed. However you can post a thread with the keys, or for a little competition, make some kind of a rule (tell me a funny joke & specify which game you'd like as first or second choice) and give away the keys manually that way - that would mean adding them on steam to give the key, but adds a little more chance for someone who wants the key to actually get it. :)

If you have had read the Guidelines for Giveaways, you would already know.
All giveaways should be for Steam redeemable gifts or Steam redeemable keys.

So I'm wondering if I can give away games that are not redeemable on Steam? I have not given away any games on steamgifts yet, so I figured I would ask this here before I give stuff away. I just want to make sure that I'm allowed to give away GOG, Origin, Uplay, etc keys as long as I say what they are in the giveaway description. Thanks for the help! Sorry if this is the wrong place to post this...
