Witcher 2 On A Better Sale?

I was just wondering if the Witcher 2 is going to go on a better sale (more than 40%) during the next 10 days. I want to buy it, but if it will go on a better sale i will wait.

What used to be "Rule #1 of Steam Sales": ALWAYS WAIT unless it is on daily deal.

But with flash sales and vote sales, you might actually want to grab it when it appears there, since no-one knows if being in flash-sale makes game excluded from daily-deal...
