The only Origin game that is allowed is in the FAQ

lol There is no "only submit Steam games" in the FAQ but there is "The submitter and winner(s) of the giveaway have seven (7) days to complete the gifting process. This includes the activation of the gift on the Steam account of the winner."

You can always trade your origin games to steam games on steam trading forums or on steamtrades but be careful, as it's easy to get scammed.
