Who to contact to remove restrictions for developers giveaway?

Created a support ticket yesterday, no response yet. I want to do a giveaway for our game, Legends of Eisenwald, but have limited rights. Can someone from the staff take a look at my support ticket? Thanks

You have to wait, sometimes it can take few days for support to proceed tickets.

The aren't that many stuff members for a site of this size, and certain tickets can only be handled by higher ranking members. Regular staff members could give you an extra 3 slots for giveaways, but you need to wait for the site admin to change your rank to Developer so you can make all the giveways you want.
