Problem with a giveaway and need some advice

One of my ga's ended 6 days ago, I have sent the gift via email but it's still in my inventory. The person who won it keeps on declining my friend request on Steam and he's been on Steamgifts after the giveaway ended so he knows he won something.

Since tomorrow is the 7th day I'm wondering what to do.

If he doesn't activate and mark the game as received tomorrow, revoke the gift and ask support for reroll.

When you gift something through steam I think there's an option to add the game back to your inventory.
