I buy from Nuuvem and have never had any issue. In fact, I got Shadow of Mordor from them today, installed fine with no region restrictions. As far as I'm aware, if they do sell game with such limits, then they will post about it on the game's page so you see it before you put the game in the trolley

My suggestion for buying @ Nuuvem: read the page carefully before you click the shiny "Adicionar ao carrinho" button. :)
Stay away from anything that says "REGION LOCKED: Esse jogo não pode ser jogado fora do América do Sul" :) You don't want to touch that. :) And if you're looking for a Steam copy, make sure it says something about Steam on the page, too. :) Good luck! :)

tnx brother!exactly why I was asking-in case you didn't linkage yourselves, just a little heads-up:first one's the TW:Rome2,2nd CoH2.they both happen to have that disclaimer, and that's what got me worried.'REGION LOCKED' still resonates inside my head, and I can't help but feel utterly disappointed;for I have finally found a cheap mean to get my hands on CoH2,and just like that,it's been ripped out of my embrace.oh well. . .guess I just gotta make peace with it.Damn you South 'Murica, damn you to the fiery pits of Inferno.I kid!viva la America do Sul/Sud,whichever!peace!

The keys you get from Nuuvem are NEVER region locked(as far as I know). Some games are indeed region locked, but only in the sense that you can't buy them from their site if you're not accessing the site from Brazil or U.S.A. In other words Nuuvem will never give you worthless keys, just won't let you buy them in the first place. But if you have someone in Brazil you can trust, you can just let them buy the thing for you and you should be fine.

you sure about that?coz they've stated,in a very explicit manner,or so it seems:"REGION LOCKED:This game can not be played outside of South America"(or if you like portuguese better,Fifty already took care of dat). . .so yeah,I've no idea how to deal with all that, unless i figure out how SteamDB handles that shizz.
anywayz, the deal is over, and I guess i'm forced to wait for another one on like GMG,G.gate or somewhere else, where I can take advantage of coupons and krap like that-I am a cheapskate,i admit;it's not that I don't have money,it's just i have hard time departing with it when it comes to digital goods, feels wasteful and i'd feel like i got robbed,so big NO to you gewd sur gheyben.

So I was wondering if I were to buy dis lil SEGA tital for example, or maybe dis juan, would I be like locked out of the gaem, presuming I've used some sort of proxy access(no other way around it anyway).Since I've never really dealt with SteamDB too much, and have no idea what I should be looking for in the first place,it'd be muchly appreciated if someone would provide me with some input on how those blockages revolve and how to check those things on DB;and ultimately will I waste my moneehz buying either of those.
Tnx.
