If you bought the BTA in the first week, you get four copies for the price of one. IF you bought the BTA prior to happy hour, you get three. If you're only just buying it, you get two. BTA is 6.89 right now. Plus the service fee, that seems to be an accurate price.

Also, prices are going to rise after happy hour ends (~11 hrs.)

So the 1 key + 2 refined is an okay price? The guy has 160+ rep, but it seems really suspicious.

6.89/4=$1.7. 1 key + 2 ref = $2.5.

He's overcharging you, assuming he was a first week buyer. Yeah, it's legit.
