What you tend to do with the games in your inventory?

I don't know. Trading them preferably. And giving away, yes.

I spend a lot of time imagining how fun they would be, and how cool it's going to be when I play them.
Then I end up giving them away, trading, or selling.
Then I waste all my actual game time on League of Legends and Kongregate.

I'm letting HL2 sit in my inventory in the hopes that it will evolve into HL3

If i'm not planning to play it, it usually stays there for a little time untill i find a new owner for it (be it SG usually, or a close friend)

I leave them open for trade until I decide to gift them.

They are installed in a museum, where they are displayed in a glass case for the length of the exhibit. Then they are rotated out to make room for something else.

...oh, you mean my Steam inventory. Oh, I dunno.

I think about trying to trade it, but the trading "community" is full of the worst kinds of people.

Might make a puzzle giveaway when I stop being a lazy piece of crap.

give em away on SG, or to friends. I've given away about 6 or 7 games through chat.

Let me hijack this - how do the games end up in your inventory? When I buy a game, I usually install it rather quickly after that...

I used to give them away in little competitions on my webpage or elsewhere before I found out about Steam Gifts. Then I gave quite a few away here, either publicly or through my Facebook page. Though I now have a game in my inventory which I bought recently and I'm not yet sure whether to gift or keep to myself. I think that going forward I will put more games I want into the inventory rather than my library, simply because I don't play them anyway, so it doesn't matter that they're not in the library, and if at some point I decided I want to give them away then I'll have the ability to do that.

The games mock me by staying there. I either activate them or get rid of them by using a trash compactor.

Keep them there forever so that nobody else can enjoy them.

Its very rare for me to have a game in my inventory... I only buy games that i will play and I dont trade that much... But, if there is a game in my Inv i probably bought to give it here.
Btw, make a giveaway for HL2 :P I Really want a chance to play that haha :P

If I know a friend doesn't have it and really wants it, they are the first to know and get it. If not, I'll see if I can profit on the Steam forums. If not (haven't gotten to this point yet, but) it would go up on here.

Well, I was thinking about making some giveaways but everytime I imagine that some jerk might get the games (like the one who was complaining a hour after the giveaway "where is he's game?!") I just keep them hoping I could eventually trade them for something I want.

I was about to trade some of them for games I really want, but it's not going as planned... so I guess on my "200th giveaway enter anniversary", I will probably gift some.

Normally trade them. But most I have in my inventory are games I want/am thinking of keeping. As such I'm really just keeping them in there until I have either the time or desire to play them. That way if someone offers me something good for them I can trade them. The only one I have that I can't redeem myself is Detour, and I'm not sure what I'm going to do with it. Can't really trade it, might give it to a friend or someone here.

Depends. I keep games from trades in my inventory for a while, partially for a better deal and partially cause I'm prolly playing a game already.
