Perhaps some info of what they have? If you know exactly which models, you shouldn't make us search it, cause we can end on other model.
BTW I would always choose an ASUS over a Lenovo IF they are similar.

I own Lenovo Y570 with Intel Core i7 2720QM (2,20GHz). I switched 750GB HDD for 128GB SSD and its a pretty fast machine. And really good JBL speakers. Two bad things, display with only HD ready resolution with TN panel, but I'm using external display, so its no problem for me and the second thing is weight. Its a litlle bit more than you like it (about 2,8 kg). About Asus, I don't have any expirience with this ntb. Lenovo is powerful ntb with good look.

I would not recommend 1080 in a 15.6 laptop I hate to change font sizes everywhere there are some programs where it is not even possible and my eyes get tired really quick reading small texts in them.

Hmm From this too I would take Asus. 2 generations newer graphic, so longer you can play on laptop. Graphic rendering should be faster (in quite old titles could 555m be faster, but then probably - you don't need care about fps). It have more ram, m ore disc space, and 1 generation newer CPU.

I would go with the ASUS it has a newer, faster graphics chip and it is thinner also!
