Are you using any Chrome plugins/extensions related to Steam or SteamGifts?
Try disabling all extensions (chrome://extensions/) and see if anything changes...

Yes, Sir. It might be the issue. The thread is right tho, fetching data takes much longer than usual. I will try to reset my Firefox and turn off the addons, then see what happens. I really appreciate the answer, man.

Maybe the modem or router has been hijacked by a third party and is attacking Steamgifts.
That's why you can't connect anymore.😈

Well, personally, I think the real possibility is that there is something bad in the cookies, cache, or add-ons of the browser....
You could try deleting those caches and unwanted cookies.

Bad advice. I did that, and everything stopped working, my screen went black, not a single light blinking on my computer.

Restarting? Yes. Didn't solve the problem. but magically, since 8 hrs ago, it works very very very smoothly! I dunno why.

If you happen to have a different internet connection you can try (i.e. mobile data hotspot, or public wifi - if available), you could try from that. I wouldn't recommend signing in on public wifi, but just to test if the site loads on those connections. If it loads fine through a different internet connection/ wifi. Then the issue is with your wifi network.

Already. Seems like add-on/script issue. Cause I've been trying to turn off and turn on some extension, some gave me smooth page refresh but, i really need that steamgifts script to give me pleasurable experience on picking and joining some giveaways. But, what puzzled me, yesterday all script turned off and the page still failing to load or load but, need around 3-5 minutes to fail.

So, i can recall yesterday's issue. It actually keeps affecting me at 09:30 UTC. It's not my timezone but most ppl here came from this timezone i guess. And yes recently this discussion page loads for 3 mins.

Anyone having issue lately on opening this site?
I tried to ping the site, all timed out. I tried another browser = same result. It took around 3 minutes for me to load. Most of the time it's failed and gave me dead black empty page. And well! I'm lucky i can post this thread 😂
