I remember when I brought up a point that there should be an option to limit your giveaway to those who have 0 wins. I was made fun off because I had 0 wins at the time.
Now I have 7 or so wins and I still think this should be a thing. But whatever...

People could always do that anyways. They could either create giveaways for unlucky people, or just add them all to their whitelist. An automated way would be nice, but its not a pressing need.
